Terms of Service

1.About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Huntbits (“we”, “us”), the operator of huntbits.com, Huntbits accounts, the Game Points service and games published by AX Games (the Huntbits team’s game studio). By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Huntbits is not yet a registered company; the operator’s legal details will be added here when it is.

2.Who can use Huntbits

• You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you need your parent’s or guardian’s permission where the law requires it.
• Rewards, identity verification and withdrawals are only for people aged 18 or over.
• One Huntbits account per person.
• Some features, especially rewards, may not be available in every country.

3.Your account

• Give accurate information and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Games connect to your account through “Sign in with Huntbits”. Games never receive your Huntbits password.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else is using your account. We may lock an account to protect it.
• Guests can play games by AX Games without an account, but guests do not earn rewards.

4.Games connected to Huntbits

Developers make and run their own games and connect them to Huntbits to give players Game Points. Each developer is responsible for its game, its content, its availability and its own terms. Developers must follow Huntbits’ developer rules, including the ban on awarding points for gambling. Huntbits records the points a game reports and shows them in your account. Games by AX Games are published by the Huntbits team.

5.Game Points

• You earn Game Points in games connected to Huntbits. Each game’s developer decides what earns points, for example playing a match (whether you win or lose), creating an account, signing in, sharing or inviting friends, or completing other in-game tasks. Each game gives its points its own name (for example “AX Points”).
• Game Points are never given for gambling. No game may award points for betting or wagering, casino-style games (such as slots, roulette, or card or dice games played for stakes), or anything where you risk money or items of value on a chance outcome. Games that do this are removed from Huntbits and their points may be reversed.
• Game Points are not money. They have no cash value, are not your property, and cannot be bought, sold, transferred to another person, exchanged or cashed out.
• Every point you earn is recorded, with the reason it was given, in your earning history.
• Game Points do not expire while your account is open and in good standing.
• We, or the game’s developer, may correct mistakes and remove points earned through bugs, fraud or breaking these terms. Corrections are recorded as separate entries; the original record is kept.

6.Rewards

Rewards are not available yet. Nothing can be redeemed or purchased on Huntbits today. When rewards launch:

• Each game’s developer decides which rewards its game offers, for example a share of a developer-funded reward pool or a gift card.
• The value of a pool reward depends on the size of the pool and on how many points everyone submits. No reward value is guaranteed.
• Rewards will have their own rules, which we will publish before launch. They may include age, identity-verification and country requirements.
• You are responsible for any taxes that apply to rewards you receive, except where we must deduct tax by law.
• We may pause or end a reward, but anything you have already been given will be honoured.

7.Energy and ads in games by AX Games

Some games by AX Games use Energy to limit how many matches you can start. Energy refills over time and can be topped up by watching rewarded ads. Energy cannot be bought and has no value outside the game.

8.Fair play

You must not:

• cheat, use bots, scripts, emulators or modified apps, or exploit bugs to earn points;
• create or use more than one account, share or sell accounts, or work with others to farm points;
• harass, threaten or impersonate other players;
• try to break into, overload or reverse-engineer our services;
• use Huntbits for anything illegal.

9.If the rules are broken

We may warn you, remove points earned unfairly, limit features, or suspend or close your account, depending on how serious the problem is. If you think we made a mistake, email privacy@huntbits.com and we will review it.

10.Our content

The Huntbits and AX Games names, logos, websites and games belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use them to play and to use Huntbits. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without paying you.

11.Other companies’ services and brands

Huntbits works with services from other companies, such as sign-in with Google, app stores and advertising partners. Their own terms apply to them. Gift-card and other brand names and logos shown on Huntbits, such as Google Play and Amazon, are trademarks of their owners, who are not connected with and do not endorse Huntbits.

12.Changes to our services

We are still building Huntbits, so features may change, be paused or be removed. We will try to give notice of important changes. Services may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

13.Warranties and liability

We provide Huntbits “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors, and we are not responsible for indirect losses or for the value of Game Points. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer that the law says cannot be taken away.

14.Ending your account

You can stop using Huntbits at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing privacy@huntbits.com. Unused Game Points are lost when an account is deleted. We may close accounts as described under “If the rules are broken”, or if we stop offering the service.

15.Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where the Huntbits operator is established. We will name that country here once Huntbits is registered as a company. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If you have a problem, please contact us first at privacy@huntbits.com; most issues can be solved that way.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will show the new “Last updated” date and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using Huntbits after that, the new terms apply.
