Privacy Policy

1.Who we are

“Huntbits”, “we” and “us” refer to the operator of huntbits.com, Huntbits accounts, the Game Points service and the games published by AX Games (the Huntbits team’s game studio), such as AX Tic-Tac-Toe. Huntbits is not yet a registered company; when it is, the operator’s legal name and address will be added to this page.

2.What this policy covers and what is live today

• huntbits.com (live): an information website. It has no account sign-in, no forms and no analytics today.
• Huntbits accounts and Game Points (being built): this policy already describes how they will handle data so you know what to expect when they launch.
• Rewards (coming soon): nothing can be redeemed or purchased today. The parts of this policy about rewards, identity verification and payments apply only when those features launch.
• Games by AX Games: for example AX Tic-Tac-Toe on Android.
• Games by other developers that connect to Huntbits are run by those developers under their own privacy policies. This policy covers only what Huntbits itself receives and stores.

3.Information we collect

When you visit huntbits.com

• Server logs: your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time. Our hosting server records these automatically for security and to keep the site running.
• Fonts: the site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.

Your Huntbits account (when available)

• Your Huntbits Player ID, display name, email address and, if you sign in with Google, the name, email and profile photo Google shares with us.
• If you use email sign-in: your password, stored only in a scrambled (hashed) form.
• Security information: two-factor authentication settings, signed-in devices and sessions, and sign-in events used to detect suspicious logins.

Game Points and gameplay

• Earning records: the game, the number of points, the reason (for example “Match played”, “Daily sign-in” or “Invited a friend”), the time, the game’s match reference and gameplay details the game sends with it (such as mode, score or opponent).
• Point reversals, submissions to reward pools and, when rewards launch, your redemption history.

In games by AX Games

• A guest ID or your account ID, device details (model, operating system, app version) and network information.
• Gameplay: matches, moves, results, move timeouts, leaving matches, Energy and rewarded-ad events.
• Friend features: private room codes, invite codes, friends and blocked players.
• Install referrer: if you install the game from an invite link, the invite or room code in that link.

Advertising in AX Games apps

AX Games apps show, or will show, ads from advertising partners such as Google AdMob. These partners may collect device identifiers (such as your advertising ID), IP address and information about ads you see or tap, under their own privacy policies. You can reset or limit your advertising ID in your device settings.

When rewards launch

• Identity verification: before Bitcoin withdrawals or certain rewards, we will ask a verification provider to check your identity (for example name, date of birth, ID document, a selfie and address), as the law requires. Game developers never see this information.
• Payout and tax details: such as a Bitcoin wallet address and tax information required by law.
• Payments: if a reward ever allows a cash top-up, the payment provider processes your card or UPI details. We never store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs.

4.How we use information

• To run Huntbits: your account, sign-in with Huntbits in games, and recording and showing your Game Points.
• To run games by AX Games: matchmaking, matches, friends and rooms, Energy and rewarded ads.
• To keep things fair and safe: detecting cheating, bots, multiple accounts and suspicious sign-ins, and reversing points earned through fraud.
• To meet legal duties: identity checks, anti-money-laundering rules, tax and record keeping when rewards launch.
• To communicate with you: service and security messages. We send marketing only if you agree to it.
• To fix problems and improve our services.

Where the law requires a legal basis (for example in the EU or UK), we rely on: providing the service you asked for (contract), keeping our services secure and fair (legitimate interests), meeting legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.

5.Who we share information with

• Game developers: a game connected to Huntbits receives your Player ID and the points data for that game. Developers send us your earning events. They do not receive your email address, identity documents or payment details.
• Service providers that work for us: hosting, email delivery, sign-in with Google, advertising partners in AX Games apps and, when rewards launch, identity-verification, payment and gift-card providers.
• Authorities when the law requires it, or to protect players and prevent fraud.
• A future owner of Huntbits if the service is sold or restructured, under this policy.

We do not sell your personal information.

6.Where information is stored

Our servers are hosted by a cloud provider. Some of our service providers may process information in other countries. Where that happens, we use the safeguards the law requires.

7.How long we keep information

• Account information: while your account is open. After you delete your account, your personal details are removed.
• Game Points and financial records: earning records, reward and payout records are kept for as long as needed for audits, fraud prevention and the law. After account deletion they are kept without your name or contact details.
• Server and security logs: for a limited period.
• Identity-verification records: for the period the law requires.

8.Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. Email privacy@huntbits.com from the address linked to your account. We may need to confirm your identity first. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Deleting your account removes your personal details. Unused Game Points are lost when an account is deleted, and some records must be kept as described above.

9.Children

You must be at least 13 years old to use Huntbits. If you are under 18, you need your parent’s or guardian’s permission where the law requires it. Rewards, identity verification and withdrawals are only for people aged 18 or over. If we learn that we collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it.

10.Security

We protect information with measures such as encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, access controls, optional two-factor authentication and an audit log of sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password and keep your sign-in details private.

11.Cookies and similar technologies

• huntbits.com does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If we add analytics or other non-essential cookies in future, we will ask for your consent first.
• When accounts launch, the website will use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. These cannot be switched off because the site would not work without them.
• Apps store settings and sign-in information on your device, and advertising partners may use your device’s advertising ID as described above.

12.Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our services or the law change, and show the new “Last updated” date. For important changes we will also tell you in the app or by email.
