Google Docs is one power full cloud application from Google ,Which contains word processor, spreadsheet and presentation editor that enables users create documents faster and view then online.
But it has unknown feature form which can be used for creating Feedback Form, Event registration page, surveys & much more.This might help you to avoid paying for services such as wufoo, SurveyMonkey etc.
Instruction
Step1:Sign into Google documents.
Step2:Create new form.
Step3:Add the Title field to the form.
Step4:Click go live or the embed code, from the Form tab.
Step5: Select a theme for better layout.
Every data will be stored in a excel file as per entered.
