How to Disable New Facebook Redesign on News Ticker

The most annoying new feature in the Facebook redesign has to be the news ticker. If you are looking to get back  old Facebook design and to get rid off Facebook’s new real time news ticker feed, then here is the solution.

For Chrome User:

Install “Unannoying Facebook” Extension

Hit refresh on your Facebook tab.

Thats it simple, now you had your old Facebook !!!

 

For Firefox User:

Step 1:

Install “Adblock” Extension

Step 2:

Goto Tools–>Add-ons

Step 3:

Select Adblock under Extension tab

Step 4:

Select Option–>Add your own filters

Step 5:

add this lines:

www.facebook.com##[id="pagelet_rhc_ticker"]

www.facebook.com##[id="pagelet_ticker"]

 

As Shown Below:

 

Step 6:

Save it and hit refresh on your Facebook tab, you have done.
