Apple was granted injunction against Samsung in Australia by the Federal Court of Australia today. It means that Galaxy Tab 10.1 will not be sold in Australia for some period of time till the case gets clear for Samsung.
As many legal battles are going on between many major companies , Apple is one such company which settles many legal actions against those who breach the agreement policy. This time Apple has won the battle over Samsung and feels that this will be a good start for them in Australia as iPhone 4s was released recently.
Even though iPad users are less in number in Australia , this will kick start them and Apple can take over the Tablet segment easily.
The two companies will meet in court tomorrow morning once again for hearing, which will deal for the full patent case to be held next year.
